Kids sublimation water bottle with internal straw included, and pop open lid. Slightly tapered from top to bottom.

Suggested time and temp - I completely cover my design with a blow out paper and then use shrink film over the bottle. I do mine in a dedicated convection oven at 320F for 6min. I flip it at the 3min mark. This is just a suggestion as all ovens are slightly different temps.
